1. Shipping Destinations
We ship to all countries within the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, please contact us at [email protected] for availability and pricing.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
3. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
5. Customs and Import Duties
For deliveries within the EU, no customs duties or import taxes apply. For orders shipped outside the EU (where available), the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
6. Delivery Issues
In case of delivery issues:
- Damaged package: If the package appears damaged upon delivery, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photos
- Missing package: If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 business days
- Delayed delivery: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, refused delivery, unclaimed after multiple attempts), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
