Return & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005, Articles 52-59), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must:

• Notify us of your decision to withdraw by sending a clear written statement to [email protected] or by mail to our registered address
• You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not obligatory
• The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods
• To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired

3. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted:

• Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received
• All accessories, manuals, and free gifts included with the product must be returned
• Products must be returned within 14 days of communicating your withdrawal
• You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear them

4. Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not supplementary costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery). The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

5. Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
• Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
• Sealed audio/video recordings or sealed computer software that was unsealed after delivery

6. Defective Products (Legal Guarantee)

Under Italian law (D.Lgs. 206/2005, Articles 128-135), all products are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery. If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to have the product repaired or replaced free of charge, or to receive a price reduction or full refund. You must report the defect within 2 months of discovery.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice.
